  The staff are always angry or grumpy, and never smile. I would prefer to shop at Coles just for the more friendly atmosphere. Angry staff usually means bad management. Who wants to shop at a store where the staff are always complaining TO THE CUSTOMER about how badly they are treated????? This is not a good sign.

  Its a nice Woolworths with a good amount of stock, better than Coles nearby.

  Apawling customer service. Makes it almost impossible for someone to collect my online grocery order on my behalf! Been ordering with this store for past 12 months and the one time I send my husband down to collect the order on my behalf, as I am bedridden and sick they treat him disrespectfully! Saying his ID, bank card used to pay for shopping and even bringing up the amount withdrawn by Woolworths on our banking app statement is still not enough to warrant releasing the groceries to him! Seriously! I then send a picture of my ID through to him via text to show them and they wouldn’t warrant it as it wasn’t taken on a flat surface and my thumb was slightly in the way of my name! The whole time saying it’s store policy blah blah I don’t even have this issue with Coles for their click and collect service. Definetley using Coles now and travel that extra bit further to pick up my fortnightly groceries. Pick up your game Woolworths Kelmscott staff.....

  The young lady who helped me with mobile phones was so helpful its extremely unusual in a supermarket especially as it was so close to closing time and not her primary role. Kudos

  Low socioeconomic status area, lacks range of other larger Woolworths in more affluent areas. Not a bad store, clean and well presented just lacking in fresh fruit and vegetables.
