As cant reply im adding an edit ..its taken very close to 5 weeks to be informed tools back . Now tool cost me 2 days as broke 3 studs and ive had get broken bolts removed no easy task. 5 weeks who can wait 5 week on tool . Not to mention never trust this tool again ....

Watch the warranty. Ive waiting to have a tool that failed returned . First i was talked to like first year apprentice looking for left handed screwdriver then before informed need wait till sales rep inspects its .well over two weeks now . told just been pick up thats how its done here.sorry but I can wait weeks for working tools. Going back to bunnings now where get a replacement on the spot . Not wait till god knows when . Never will i return and i did spend nearly thousand there thinking i would get not just good tools but services too .what a fool i was waste time and money.
