  Bunch of mannerless ladies at the Kelmscott office. I think they are trying to kick the customers who come to them, to somewhere else deliberately, so that they can loose their bussiness... I had a nightmare experience dealing with them.. Won't recommend..

  I have known Will Trainer for several years and he has provided me with the best service I've received from any Principal property manager and he has provided the same best quality customer service for his other clients also. It's been a great experience having my property managed by Will.

  Will Trainer is a difficult agent to deal with. Known within the industry as a bully, styled off some chaotic version of Trump, it only took a few interactions to confirm that this agent has bad judgement, poor customer service skills, pays no attention to detail, and takes no ownership of problems when they arise. This is real estate, and occasionally issues arise - we get it - it's the response that counts. Not even a "sorry" from Will. Thankfully the property in question is now managed elsewhere.
