    At least Every second visit to this store I end up with a problem in my order. I should learned my lesson by now. Today went in to get the chips that were messed up from last time, order wraps and I ended up with a spicy peri peri with tomato instead of aoli without tomato

    first of all got put into park for 10-15 mins and got home to find a whole value meal was missing! then called up and got accused of prank calling and was spoken to very rudely. Very poor customer service! not a happy camper!! also to add to that the double quater pounder we got was disgusting, burnt and the other two burger were assembled very poorly!

    Worst service from the manager on duty she was rude! Order was wrong missing food from our order and all of our cokes were flat have tried for nearly an hour to get through no answer

    The latest stuff up is charging 50c to change chilli jam to ketchup and then they used chilli jam anyway. If you change the standard burgers in anyway, always check as they stuff it up 50% of the time.
