  Is nice shop for materials. Always a variety for not just dance fabric but also dress material. Very limited for trims, beading, etc.

  Not only do I get exactly what I want - and then usually also on some kind of 'Special', but the staff never fails to make my day with their bright and happy smiles and really good advice. Today was another such a blessed visit - I can now speak of Lisa's interior decorating skills as astounding -so much passion does she put into her efforts that she actually drew blood!!! The joyful new manager Suzie is a pure joy, as are all those lovely ladies who make my life so much more joyful, and my shopping so much worthwhile! Thanks to all you lovely ladies!!!!

  I went to the Kelmscott store on a Saturday afternoon. Not a single staff member came to assist me. I waited for about 30mins and then left. The staff were loudly and clearly rubbish talking other staff and management. I am disgusted and will not be back. I work in retail and can't believe the conduct of the staff. I am not invisable but to the staff I clearly was. Not happy or impressed at all.
