  We found Mike to be very efficient with his quoting he gave us exactly what we were after and better, the price was very competitive with other companies and the patio was also installed within the time frame we discussed. Matt who completed the install was great old patio was down and new patio up on the same day, site was cleaned up and left in good order after the job was completed. ( think my patio area was actually cleaner than when he started) The patio is more impressive than we thought and we would highly recommend this business for future works. Rod & Steph D'Costa

  We have just had a patio put up by Matt and he has done such a great job we have had no hassles at all. Met Mike and he was fantastic explained everything to us then met Matt and his offsider they pulled down our old patio and within 2 days the new one was erected. Job well down would recommend to anyone.

  I met Mike on about the 04/02/2015 for a quote on a patio. Deposit was transferred on the 11/02/2015 and another deposit for materials on 12/05/2015. No phone calls or updates since then other than me ringing to find out apparently Mike was in hospital and now I am dealing with someone called Robert. So the patio is still not up but they did pull down the old one after a heated discussion, so now the back area of my town house is now exposed to weather. Talking about weather that is the latest excuse I've heard of why it's not up, gee they had 4 months of sunshine to do it. Terrible communication throughout the whole time and still have no patio, not sure how businesses like this should be allowed to operate. Sent Mike an email over 2 weeks ago saying I want my deposit back and he promised me he would sort it out at the end of the week and make my job a priority. Still haven't heard anything from them so next email and message left with Robert was 3 day's ago saying I want a date it will be done and if it's not within a week I want my money back, no reply to either phone call or email. Consumer Affairs here I come. Do not use this company.............nightmare.

  We have had our new patio recently installed, and it looks great! We are very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the quality of the installation. But more importantly, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the K& M team. Special thanks to Mike Breen, as it was a pleasure to deal with him.
