  I have used them a couple times and gone elsewhere which has been a breath of fresh air but thier incompetance lives on, the halfwit in the office (Jetarah) was supposed to discharge a morgage over a property of ours after we paid the loan out and didn't, that caused us a lot of problems with our next project that required finance, the holdup caused a lot of stress and cost us.
