    Staff are friendly and great to chat to, but every time I go, the line is out the door... they need to fill in the third teller, this happens way too often.

    I had a very simple transaction, I had a heap of coins which I counted in the machine, then I had to present receipt to teller along with some notes to deposit. 25 minutes later I finally got served. The teller advising me I could use the machine at the front to deposit. I do not feel safe using the machine at the front due to its location and lack of security, if I had done that it would have taken even longer to get served. There needs to be an enquiries counter or third teller on. Everytime I have used this branch, the queue has been long and the wait painful.
